• Payment information — we do not store card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation and a booking reference only.

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, referring URL (via Google Analytics 4)
• Advertising data — whether you visited after seeing an ad, and actions on the site (via Meta Pixel)
• Cookies — small files stored in your browser to improve your experience and measure advertising effectiveness

• Send your equipment hire agreement and event reminders
• Contact you about your booking via email, SMS, or phone
• Process your payment and refund your bond after the event

5. Data Retention

Booking information is retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, as required by Australian law. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 7).
